1. Cancellation by You
1.1 Requesting a Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your enrolment in one of our online courses, you must submit a cancellation request by contacting us via email at info@camaritraining.com or by phone at 07915103554. Please include your full name, course title, and enrolment date in your request.
1.2 Cancellation Timeframes and Eligibility for Refunds

Within 14 Days of Enrolment: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your enrolment within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that you have not accessed the course materials.

After 14 Days of Enrolment: If you cancel your enrolment after 14 days, you will not be eligible for a refund unless otherwise stated in specific course terms or under exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical reasons with appropriate documentation).
1.3 Refund Process
Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval and will be issued using the same payment method you used for enrolment. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
2. Cancellation by Camari Training
2.1 Course Cancellations or Rescheduling
Camari Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course at our discretion. Reasons for cancellation may include, but are not limited to, insufficient enrolment, technical issues, or instructor availability.
2.2 Notification and Refund

If we cancel a course, you will be notified as soon as possible via email and will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your enrolment to a future course.

If a course is rescheduled, you will have the option to attend the rescheduled course or receive a full refund.
3. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you have exceptional circumstances that require a cancellation outside of the standard policy (e.g., medical emergencies, bereavement), please contact us directly to discuss your situation. We will consider these requests on a case-by-case basis.
