Refund Policy

At Camari Training, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational experiences. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your enrolment. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring that both our clients and our business are treated with respect.

 

1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

 

  • Up to 14 Days Before Course Start Date:

    • If you cancel your enrolment up to 14 days before the start date of the course, you are eligible for a full refund of the course fee.

  • Within 14 Days of Course Start Date:

    • If you cancel within 14 days of the course start date, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee.

  • After Course Start Date:

    • If you cancel after the course has started, no refund will be issued. However, you may be eligible to transfer your enrolment to another course date or participant, subject to availability and our discretion.

 

2. Course Cancellation by Camari Training

 

  • In the unlikely event that Camari Training needs to cancel a course, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or the opportunity to transfer your enrolment to another course of equal value.

 

3. No-Show Policy

 

  • If you do not attend the course and have not notified us of your cancellation, no refund will be provided.

 

4. Exceptional Circumstances

  • We understand that life is unpredictable. In the case of exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, bereavement), please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds or course transfers in these cases will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may require supporting documentation.

 

5. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact us at info@camariconsultancy.com with your enrolment details and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your request, using the original payment method.

 

6. Non-Refundable Fees

 

  • Any materials, books, or resources that have been shipped or downloaded prior to the cancellation are non-refundable.

 

7. Changes to this Policy

 

  • Camari Training reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to enrolled participants and will apply to future enrolments.
